How it all started
I originally launched Jade’s Office in 2019 as a small side project whilst juggling my demanding 9-5 city job as a regional Facilities Manager managing 3 buildings working with an incredible team, I built and nurtured over the years.
In my earlier days, I started as a junior PA and that’s where my true passion for administrative work begun. An office butterfly with a magic wand!
In my career thus far, I’ve had combined EA/Office manager positions working within a range of sectors, offices of all shapes and sizes which has given me board knowledge and skills within both areas.
The most rewarding part in all of this was all the amazing people I’ve met along my journey, who didn’t realise they needed a virtual assistant, until they met me and we discussed how my services may be able to take away any unnecessary weight off their shoulders.
I secured, my first client helping with stacks of monthly expenses securing 10 hours a week. Few weeks later, I secured 2 more clients, one needed a fulltime Virtual PA monthly and the other needed inbox management and chasing invoices to arranging private affairs.
I truly love working within admin, organisation and running multiple projects simultaneously. I have a passion for sorting, arranging, seeing things come together and that is why I love what I do daily – problem solving! I’m exceptionally organised, can multi-task like nobody’s business, I’m really good at thinking around a problem and great at achieving results within short time frames.
